Thats a series of cards called Elemetal hero. There is Bubleman Sparkman Bursinatrix, Clayman, and all that crap. I don't think they tried to rip megaman of tough...They just had similar ideas you know? I have a feeling start wars came up with that design first.... The name in the star wars series is Boba Feet. The Japanese name for viles is VAVA. I think capcom had to chage the name so it doesn't get too suspecious.

Maybe a Capcom decided to invite a Star - war designer to design Vile ?
