You can perform Archive mailbox migration seamlessly using EdbMails Exchange Migration tool. You can move archive mailboxes  easily from Exchange server with in few clicks.

You need to select the option Connect to Export / Backup / Migrate Archive Mailbox in the Login screen. you can migrate archive mailboxes from one Exchange server to another Exchange server and also to Office 365.
